All previous NY Alliance Executive Leadership Development Series (ELDS) participants are invited to join us in the evening of August 3rd and all-day August 4th in-person at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy, NY (just a short drive, North of Albany) for a networking reception, reunion and leadership accelerator session with Lou Radja and other subject matter experts! 

August 3: Reception from 6:00pm-8:00pm 
August 4: Session from 8:30am-3:30pm* Timing subject to change. Registrants will be notified asap when the final timeframe is in place.

About the Watering Hole Leadership Session

In today’s unprecedented and changing times, person-centered and values-based leadership are needed more than ever. The New York Alliance, through the Executive Leadership Development Series, has provided its past leadership cohorts, a great opportunity to gather around the ‘Watering Hole’ and practice Leadership! In these uncertain times, it’s paramount that our leaders are well equipped to get the best out of their teams, drive higher performance and achieve greater impact for the people they serve.

Watering Hole Leadership is a reunion for past ELDS graduates to connect with peers, exchange best practices, revisit proven Leadership concepts and share their experiences as leaders through live presentations! Since everything rises and falls on leadership, it is critical that Leaders continue to sharpen their leadership skills and commit to constant, never-ending improvement.
