The conference will feature information sharing and best practices from across the state on topics of interest to fiscal intermediaries and self-direction services. Call for Presentations Now Available - Deadline July 1st, 2026

We are issuing a Request for Presentations (RFP) from providers and stakeholders who want to share their experiences with this very individualized support model. 

The RFP form linked here will guide you in providing information about the content of your presentation. Presentations should be approximately 50 minutes and an additional 10 minutes for questions and answers. 

All RFPs submitted by the deadline July 1st, 2026 will be reviewed by the SD Conference Committee.
