The federal focus on Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) as well as ongoing federal and state oversight activities have increased attention to government investigations of not-for-profit providers of services to people with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities.
This presentation will provide timely information regarding how providers can prepare for and respond to such oversight. This one-hour webinar will highlight the different governmental oversight entities, how each entity reviews and inspects agencies and programs, and how providers can proactively prepare for possible government oversight.
