Water damage can have a significant impact to providers operations, displacing residents and program operations, destroying building and assets, and is often very costly to rebuild. Due to the impact of climate change, these effects are becoming more frequent and severe, which has led to significant strain on existing mechanical systems and an increased cost of building upkeep.

This presentation will explore common sources for water damage, the need for providers to implement a water mitigation program, and innovative technologies that can help mitigate a water loss. We will be providing resource that members can utilize immediately to help reduce the likelihood of water damage at their facilities.

This presentation would be geared towards COO’s, Property/Facilities Directors.

Presenter:  Jennifer Fleury, Sr Risk Management Representative, Nationwide Insurance

Jennifer is a consultant for Nationwide and is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Property and Human Services Teams. She is a graduate of Keene State College and has over 30 years of commercial risk management experience.  Her focus at Nationwide has been on property conservation; and is a leader in our company on water mitigation. One of Jen’s specializations is working with human services clients across the Northeast from her base in Connecticut.
