Building on the insights shared during the previous workshop, we would like to hear from you! 

On December 13th, 2023, Dr. Salerno shared practical strategies aimed at enhancing supervisory skills. Supporting professional development, having “hard conversations”, and finding your super-power. The workshop highlighted supervisory practices that could be implemented within an organization to drive employee satisfaction and improvement.

Dr. Salerno started his workshop with a quote from Master Del Pe, “One good idea applied immediately is better than 5 ideas memorized and stored unused in the mind.” Therefore, the objectives of this technical assistance webinar will be:

• Participants will share their one good idea that was applied immediately following Dr. Salerno's webinar.
• Participants will discuss and review both the barriers and successes encountered during the implementation.
• Participants will pinpoint a next or new practical and promptly implemented action step that will continue to enhance their supervisory knowledge and skills.
