The New York Alliance for Inclusion & Innovation is pleased to announce that the 2024 Pre & Annual Conference will take place on April 16, 17, 18 & 19, 2024 at The Sagamore in Bolton Landing, NY.

Registration Fees

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 31, 2024

To streamline the registration process, we have new options for registering and they are as follows:

NY Alliance Members
Pre-Conference & Full Conference (April 16-19) - $420/person*
Pre-Conference ONLY (April 16) - $125/person
Full Conference ONLY (April 17-19) - $320/person
One-Day Registration (April 17 OR 18) - $200/person

Non-Members
Pre-Conference & Full Conference (April 16-19) - $575/person*
Pre-Conference ONLY (April 16) - $200/person
Full Conference ONLY (April 17-19) - $400/person
One-Day Registration (April 17 OR 18) - $250/person

*Includes further discounted Pre-Conference registration and Full Conference registration.

(Yes, it's long, but it's very important for a smooth registration process so, please read carefully!)

1. MAKE OVERNIGHT RESERVATIONS BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE CONFERENCE

If you plan to stay at The Sagamore, make reservations before registering for the conference. All registrants will be asked about overnight accommodations during the registration process.

The conference registration DOES NOT INCLUDE overnight accommodations.

The overnight reservation DOES NOT INCLUDE the conference registration.

2. REGISTER AT THE MEMBER RATE

Starting January 31st, 2024, you must be logged in to your NYAlliance.org account to register at the discounted membership rate for the conference. Click here to learn more about login accounts.

3. PURCHASING MEAL TICKETS

If you are not staying at The Sagamore but participating in meals, you MUST complete the form in your registration confirmation email to purchase meal tickets.

• • Breakfast (7:00am-10:30am): $33.50/person/per day
  • Lunch (11:30am-1:00pm): $37.80/person/per day
  • Dinner: $81/person

4. REGISTERING MORE THAN ONE PERSON

To register more than one person at a time, change the quantity in the box on the "Tickets" page to the number of registrants you are registering and all can be registered at one time. 

5. DINNER RESERVATIONS AT THE SAGAMORE

If you are staying at The Sagamore OR you are purchasing meal tickets, you must call The Sagamore to make a reservation for dinner on Tuesday, April 16 & Thursday, April 18. Call the main desk at 518-644-9400 and ask to be directed to La Bella Vita to make a reservation. You will be asked to provide the number of people in your party when making the reservation.
