The New York Alliance for Inclusion & Innovation is pleased to announce that the 2023 Annual Conference will take place in-person on April 18, 19, 20 & 21, 2023 at The Sagamore in Bolton Landing, NY. The theme for this year's conference is: Come Together: Reconnect, Reflect & Reimagine This year's theme represents our move back to face-to-face connections after nearly 3 years of virtual connections only. This theme shares our hope for reconnecting with colleagues, reflecting on what we all have experienced and reimagining how we all move forward using the knowledge we've gained over the last few years.

Registration Information

Registration Fees:
NY Alliance Members
Full Conference Registration - $270/person
One-Day Registration - $190/person

Non-Members
Full Conference Registration - $300/person
One-Day Registration - $205/person

Meals: If you reserve a room at The Sagamore, you do not need to purchase meals. If you reserve a room at any of the other hotels listed or you do not plan to reserve overnight accommodations and you'd like to participate in meal times, you must purchase the meals during the registration process. Meals are per person, per day. Please make sure to change the quantities to reflect this.

Breakfast (7:00am-10:30am) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: $24/person/per day
Lunch (11:30am-1:00pm) Wednesday and Thursday: $36/person/per day
Dinner (Annual Banquet) Wednesday: $78/person

For example, a participant planning to attend all three days of the conference should purchase 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 1 dinner to attend all meal times throughout the conference.

PLEASE NOTE: To register more than one person at a time, change the quantity in the box on the "Tickets" page to the number of registrants you are registering and all can be registered at one time. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE MEAL TICKETS IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE SAGAMORE

Safety Measures

We are expecting a large number of attendees at the 2023 Pre and Annual Conference many of whom will be traveling to Bolton Landing from across New York State; some may be traveling from other states. There will be limited opportunities to socially distance within the event space, especially during presentation times. 

Although the NY Alliance will not require that masks are worn during the 2023 Pre and Annual Conference and the hotel is not currently mandating masks, participants are strongly encouraged to wear a mask while indoors where it will be difficult to maintain social distancing (except while eating or drinking). 

Participants will not be asked to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test prior to attending the conference. If you are exposed and/or test positive for COVID and are unable to attend, please contact the NY Alliance as soon as possible at [email protected].
