About This Series:

This training will consist of a learning series that will help you bolster the resilience of your agency and the resilience of the team members who bring your mission to life!

Uncertainty is a never-ending reality that leads to worry, hesitancy, and risk averse decisions. None of us know exactly how events will unfold, but our missions require that we invest in strategies to be prepared. . . for anything that might happen.

During this series you will learn practical ways to identify potential risks, reflect on risks, and jump into problem-solving mode. After attending the series participants will be comfortable leading, facilitating and participating in planned or pop-up conversations about any risk their organization faces.

No prior risk management experience is necessary to gain a great deal from the sessions in this series!

If you’ve ever lost an hour of sleep worrying about a ‘what if’ event facing your agency, you won’t want to miss this series and find out how to eliminate risk worries as a trigger for a sleepless night.

Presenters:

About the Pandemic Response Toolkit:

The NY Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation is pleased to be the recipient of a New York Community Trust grant to create a Pandemic Response Toolkit for providers of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the New York City region.

Although the pandemic was the impetus for the creation of the website, the resources are relevant to any disaster preparedness and business continuity planning.
