This webinar will provide an overview of the FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) used by emergency services and first responders, to fit the needs and structure of human services organizations.

This webinar will feature several case studies of how ICS has been successfully implemented to mitigate small, medium and large scale emergencies. In addition, participants will be provided with a roadmap on how to implement this model leveraging resources available at low or no cost to your agency.
