About the New York Alliance DSP Conferences:
The New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation Direct Support Professional (DSP) Conferences offer a multifaceted day full of learning and networking opportunities that celebrate and recognize the important work that Direct Support Professionals do to enhance the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities every day. 

Each year thwaw conference features as part of the agenda an opportunity for regional presenters to showcase presentations on current issues of concern in the field of support to people with I/DD.

The aim of these presentations is to provide information, education, and discussion points for conference attendees to take back to their organizations to enhance the work they do. These presentations are incorporated into a breakout session that is offered following the morning keynote presentation.

Nominate a DSP:
Each Provider Agency is invited to nominate 2 Direct Support Professionals who demonstrates outstanding performance in their role of supporting a person or people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This employee should be a person who demonstrates ethical performance as outlined in the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Code of Ethics, who performs their job duties with competence and skill and who demonstrates creativity and dedication in supporting people with I/DD to have fully enriched lives.
